Readability for Custom Nameplates on Artwork

We showcase a narrow set of fonts on our website, but we can prepare plates using any standard font. If you need something that isn’t shown on our site, we can do custom work as you need.  Do keep in-mind that not all fonts are free and some may require licensing.  We’re happy to work with digital artists too!  If you have vector art in the form of a scalable vector graphic (SVG) file, we’ll make whatever you want!  That applies to logos as well. Just let us know what you need and we’ll quote it out.

When using decorative or scripted fonts such as Victoria, Double Line Script or Olde English - do try to avoid ALLCAPS. Writing in ALLCAPS with scripted fonts tends to result in less readable text.  Of course, monograms are an exception!  As a rule of thumb, however, it is better use capitalization on the first letter of words.
