And now for something that we all expect but few of us consciously think about – smart quotes.  When you enter text in an online form or even in excel, quotes are different.  They are simply up and down vertical quotes.  

When we're making something permanent we want a more aesthetically pleasing type of quote mark. We usually expect smart quotes that are different at the beginning of the quote than they appear at the end of the quote. Our online application renders to smart quotes always.  So if you’re wanting dumb quotes, you’ll need to place a custom order.  Bear in mind, that your data entry field will show dumb quotes while the preview zone will show smart quotes.
